John H. Heinrichs

John H. Heinrichs is an Associate Professor in the School of Library and Information Science.He teaches courses in web development and competitive intelligence. Heinrichs has published in the Journal of Academic Librarianship, College and Research Libraries, Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, Decision Support Systems, and Seoul Journal of Business. He is also the co-author of Customer Relationship-Driven Marketing, Winning Strategies from Competitive Analytics, and Strategic Marketing Analysis: Business Intelligence Tools for Knowledge Based Actions.
